Moss Fit





Moss Fit is a locally run outdoor group & personal training operation. Moss Fit is run by CJC Prep dad Nathan Moss, a qualified and experienced personal trainer. The training is designed to be safe, challenging, educational and fun.  The sessions can be tailored to suit a specific group and generally combine a cardio workout with resistance, core and flexibility training.  Options like boxing and fit ball sessions are also available.  It is suitable for all fitness levels and Nathan is now running sessions in both Caulfield Park and Alma Park.  
If being closer to the city suits you then there is the option to train two nights a week in the CBD in Flagstaff Gardens (session details below).  The 9.15am Caulfield Park weekday sessions are a recent addition and have the intention of involving "school drop-off parents" in some regular structured exercise.  No excuses CJC parents. 
If you are interested in a free trial session contact Nathan. Moss Fit provides flexibility with session changes and payment and no long term contracts.



Or perhaps you will be the lucky winner of the great prizes from Moss Fit up for grabs at the fete,  two 5 group session passes and one  personal training package of 3 x 1-on-1 sessions. An ideal way to work off the crepes, and cakes, and cheese and popcorn... available at the fete!!
