The Fete wash up...

Well the Fete has been, and gone. What an amazing day it was.
Saturday there was anticipation in the air as the rain bucketed down, with no sign of sun in our midsts. But the team soldiered on, optimistic that nobody was going to rain on our parade.
The marquees went up one by one, red, white and blue under a grey sky. Cups of warm beverages and positivity made even the greyest of days more than bearable. The evening strong winds were perhaps the real moment of truth. Then it came, Sunday the 27th. The marquees had survived the night like little soldiers in a battle and the sun appeared bit by bit to warm the day and our hearts.

The Fete was a huge success. It was a day to celebrate our wonderful school and the community that is CJC. Thank you to everyone for your support. Here are a few images to share with you all. There will be more to come so keep following.
