Jams, Preserves, Spreads and Sauces
Lemon butter on hot toast, yummy, home made strawberry jam on a fresh croissant, tres bon, mint jelly with a lamb roast, delicious. No one can argue that home-made condiments are by far the most appealing. Even if they are made by someone other than yourself, there is something comforting in the fact that a little bit of love is in every jar.
Can you help out by making something for our preserves, jams and spreads stall this year? It doesn't have to be more than a couple of jars. A simple act that will really add to the flavour of this year's International Fete.

I've got lemons so will preserve some for the fete on the weekend. And maybe whip up some marmalade......
